Notice: Our STEO published at 12pm on May 9 incorrectly noted that temperatures in our forecast for the summer (June—August) of 2023 would be slightly cooler than last summer. However, temperatures in our forecast for summer 2023 are the same as last summer. We updated the text to correct this error, and we reposted the May STEO at 2pm on May 9.
