Jun 13, 2024 This site contains spreadsheets with wholesale electricity and natural gas data from seven major trading hubs that cover most regions of the United States. The data are through June 11, 2024, republished, with permission, from the Intercontinental Exchange.
Jun 11, 2024 U.S. crude oil production. U.S. crude oil production grows in our forecast by 2% from 2023 to an annual average of 13.2 million barrels per day (b/d) in 2024 and by another 4% in 2025 to 13.7 million b/d. Increasing production is led by the Permian region, which is the source of almost 50% of domestic crude oil production, followed by the Eagle Ford region and the Federal Gulf of Mexico.
Jun 10, 2024 The United Kingdom’s Rosebank field is expected to contain 300 million barrels of recoverable oil with a peak flow of 70,000 barrels per day starting in 2027; this new field could slow the UK’s declining oil production. U.S. liquefied natural gas has become a major source of natural gas in the UK, while five new international interconnectors have led to a surge in the UK’s electrical trade.
Jun 6, 2024 Statistical data update for 2023 on purchases, prices, contracts, enrichment services, sales, and inventories for the U.S. uranium production industry.
Jun 6, 2024 This report contains monthly summary data for the photovoltaic industry in the United States. Data include manufacturing, imports, and exports of modules in the United States and its territories. Summary data include volumes in peak kilowatts and average prices. Where possible, imports and exports are listed by country, and shipments to the United States are listed by state.
Jun 3, 2024 This analysis focuses on financial and operating trends on an annual basis for 175 global oil and natural gas companies and 42 downstream companies from 2014 to 2023.
Jun 3, 2024 The June 2024 Petroleum Marketing Monthly (PMM), with data through March 2024 presents monthly and annual price and volume statistics for crude oil sales in the United States.
May 31, 2024 These monthly production estimates are based on data from Form EIA-914, Monthly Crude Oil, Lease Condensate, and Natural Gas Production Report.
May 31, 2024 Supply and disposition of crude oil and petroleum products on a national and regional level. The data describe production, imports and exports, movements, and inventories.
May 31, 2024 Working and net available shell storage capacity as of March 31, 2024 is the U.S. Energy Information Administration's (EIA) report containing annual storage capacity data. It includes three tables detailing working and net available shell storage capacity by facility type, product, and PAD District as of March 31.
May 31, 2024 In March 2024, dry natural gas production decreased year over year for the first time since April 2021. Preliminary dry natural gas production in March 2024 was 3,180 billion cubic feet (Bcf), or 102.6 billion cubic feet per day (Bcf/d). Production was 0.3% (0.3 Bcf/d) lower in March 2024 than in March 2023 (102.9 Bcf/d); despite this decrease, dry natural gas production was the second highest for the month since 1973, when we began tracking dry production. Gross withdrawals increased from March 2023.
May 31, 2024 Imports data at the company level collected from Form EIA-814, Monthly Imports Report.
May 31, 2024 Monthly data on rail movements of crude oil have been updated for March 2024. Crude oil movements by rail have significantly increased during the past five years. The data on crude-by-rail (CBR) movements are also fully integrated with EIA’s existing monthly petroleum supply statistics, which already include crude oil movements by pipeline, tanker, and barge.
May 31, 2024 The U.S. Energy Information Administration release showing national monthly biofuels operable production capacity.
May 30, 2024 Canada is a major energy producer, consumer, and exporter with a diverse and dynamic energy sector. Historically, hydroelectric power dominated Canada’s energy mix, but oil and natural gas production have grown. The majority of Canada's oil and natural gas output is in Alberta; in contrast, hydroelectric and renewable energy make up a larger share of energy output in Quebec and British Columbia.
May 30, 2024 This site contains spreadsheets with wholesale electricity and natural gas data from seven major trading hubs that cover most regions of the United States. The data are through May 28, 2024, republished, with permission, from the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE).
May 29, 2024 Guyana's petroleum production has grown rapidly, increasing from 15,000 barrels per day (b/d) in December 2019, when crude oil production in the country began, to 630,000 b/d in January 2024. Three additional projects are underway with the potential to reach a combined production capacity of 1.3 million b/d of crude oil by 2027.
May 28, 2024 The Monthly Energy Review is our comprehensive report on recent and historical energy statistics. According to our May 2024 report, preliminary estimates indicate that for February 2024 total energy consumption in the U.S. commercial sector equaled 1.4 quadrillion British thermal units, a 2% increase from February 2023.
May 24, 2024 Annual state-level estimates of total energy consumption, prices, and expenditures through 2022. Other energy indicators data series include new experimental electric vehicle (EV) electricity consumption, as well as population, GDP, degree days, electric capacity, capacity and usage factors, EV stocks, and EV charging infrastructure.
May 23, 2024 Statistical data update for 2023 on drilling, mining, production, shipments, sales, facilities, employment, expenditures, and reserve estimates in the U.S. uranium production industry.
