Transportation Rate Database (CTRDB), with designated
confidential rates withheld, can be downloaded. The CTRDB includes data on contract
coal shipments from 1979 through 1997, based on a biennial examination
of certain electric utility cost documents submitted to the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission.
