  • Crude oil highlights
    • Monthly average crude oil prices mostly rose in July. The average domestic crude oil first purchase price increased $0.65 (1.0%) to $65.98 per barrel.
    • The average free-on-board (f.o.b.) cost of imported crude oil fell $1.22 (2.0%) to $51.24 per barrel. The average landed cost of foreign crude oil increased $1.12 (1.7%) to $66.35 per barrel.
    • The average refiner acquisition cost for domestic crude oil increased $1.31 (1.9%) to $69.79 per barrel, while the average cost of imported crude oil rose $1.05 (1.6%) to $68.40 per barrel. The composite refiner acquisition cost for crude oil increased $1.20 (1.8%) to $69.30 per barrel.
