Changes to Weekly Petroleum Status Report (WPSR) Propane exports label
Release Date: August 5, 2024
We will change the label for weekly exports of Propane/Propylene to Propane, starting with the Weekly Petroleum Status Report (WPSR) released on August 28, 2024. This data category has only ever comprised weekly propane exports and has never included propylene exports.
As part of this update, we will:
- Change the label for export data from Propane/Propylene to Propane for all file formats (sourcekey stays the same)
- No backcasting of historical data
- Test site for WPSR Information Release (IR) server files available for review and automate data retrieval programs to test
- Update the Petroleum Data Tables and EIA Application Programming Interface (API) to reflect this change in WPSR
