Commercial building: A building with more than 50% of its floor space used for commercial activities. Commercial buildings include stores, offices, schools, dormitories, hotels, churches, gymnasiums, libraries, museums, hospitals, clinics, data centers, warehouses, and jails. Government buildings are included except for buildings on military bases.
