Yes, EIA publishes monthly and year-to-date (preliminary) average retail prices of electricity to ultimate customers by end-use sector by state in Tables 5.6.A and 5.6.B of the Electric Power Monthly. Preliminary average prices are published in Table 5.6.B of the February edition.
