Definition:
First Use of Energy is unduplicated demand for energy,
         which is defined as:
            1) all energy produced offsite, and
            2) all energy produced onsite. Definition:
(Feedstocks) Energy for Nonfuel Purposes is energy
used for purposes other than for heat, power, and
         electricity generation. Definition:
Fuel Consumption is all energy used for heat, power,
and electricity generation, regardless of where the
         energy was produced. Definition:
Offsite-Produced Fuel Consumption is all energy used
for heat, power, and electricity generation that is:
            1) purchased by the establishment, or
            2) transferred from offsite.
