Indonesia withdrew from OPEC in January 2009 , rejoined in 2016 and withdrew again in December 2016, Angola joined OPEC in January 2007, Ecuador withdrew from OPEC in January 1993 and rejoined in November 2007, and Gabon withdrew from OPEC in July 1996 and rejoined in July 2016, Equatorial Guinea joined OPEC in May 2017, Congo (Brazzaville) joined OPEC in June 2018.
