CIPSEA-protected data may not be publicly released in identifiable form. Each person who accesses and/or possesses CIPSEA-protected information has an obligation to apply appropriate physical safeguards and to prevent the unauthorized release of any identifiable information. |
If you: |

Know that disclosing this information is prohibited, and you |

Willfully disclose the information to a person or agency that is not authorized to access it, |
Then under Section 3572(f), you may be charged with a felony, and if you are found guilty, you may be subject to: |

Imprisonment up to five years |

And / Or |
|
 |
A fine of not more than $250,000. |
