Examples of nonstatistical uses where you cannot disclose CIPSEA data include:

Using respondent-level information to determine whether the respondent is eligible to participate in a program
Using respondent-level information to investigate individual price fixing, market manipulation, regulation compliance, violation of laws, or other issues focused on individual respondents
Focusing on the reported values of one or more specific respondents and not on overall market conditions
