U.S. Department of Energy - Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Information Center (EERE IC)

The DOE Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy's (EERE) Information Center responds to inquiries about EERE's products, services, and technology programs, and refers the public to the most appropriate EERE resources.

EERE's website (www.eere.energy.gov) has easily accessible energy-related consumer information and an ordering catalog for publication requests. If you cannot find the answer to your question, there are two ways you can directly contact the EERE Information Center staff. 1) Email us by using our web submission form at http://www.eere.energy.gov/informationcenter/. 2) Call our toll free number 1-877-EERE-INF (1-877-337-3463). The EERE Information Center's services are offered at no charge to the public, but it only responds to inquiries from the United States. The EERE Information Center is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
