Energy Education Group
The Energy Education Group is a nonprofit educational project (501 c 3) founded to provide a balanced understanding of all renewable energy sources.
Energy for Keeps is an illustrated guide to electricity from all renewable energy sources. It also includes energy history, nonrenewable energy sources, climate-change discussion, and energy efficiency/conservation/management. Energy for Keeps is text for 6th grade and higher. Accompanying classroom activities, and science standards correlations (California and national) are available free on the website. Activities are comprehensive, inter-disciplinary, inquiry-based.
