U.S. Department of Energy - Kids Saving Energy (by EERE)

The DOE Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy's (EERE) - Kids Saving Energy website (http://www.eere.energy.gov/kids/) provides videos, games, tips, facts about renewable energy and saving energy, and energy lesson plans.

The Kids Saving Energy website includes: two videos about saving energy (featuring Tinker Bell and friends),tips for an energy smart home, an energy quiz, games, and renewable energy facts. The site also includes K-12 Energy Lesson Plans (http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/education/lessonplans/),a set of 350 lesson plans and activities on energy efficiency and renewable energy, and points consumers to an EERE's Energy Savers website (http://www.energysavers.gov/).
