Stakeholders Meeting — Coal Survey Policy Changes

Coal Survey Policly Change Meeting
EIA will review all comments in response to the FRN and prepare final proposals and a supporting statement. These materials will be submitted to OMB, and will also be released to the public with an accompanying FRN for a 30 day review period. OMB will then make final decisions on changes to the surveys.
The four forms below are under this review and clearance. No forms have been re-drafted to reflect new proposals. To reference the current forms see:
