Survey Forms

Stakeholders Meeting — Coal Survey Policy Changes

EIA is required to clear coal survey forms (below) through the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) every three years. We have only proposed to change the privacy policy on the coal forms. See proposed changes.

EIA will be hosting a web-based presentation on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 2 pm to discuss these changes further.

We welcome your participation. Register to attend the meeting — in person* or on-line via WebEx. On-line registration is limited, so make your reservations soon.

Next Steps

EIA will review all comments in response to the FRN and prepare final proposals and a supporting statement. These materials will be submitted to OMB, and will also be released to the public with an accompanying FRN for a 30 day review period. OMB will then make final decisions on changes to the surveys.
