Slide 20 of 30
Notes:
- Although there is some room to produce gasoline at higher utilizations than we saw last summer, there is not a lot more room. Domestic production is not expected to increase much this summer over last.
- Capacity has not changed much between the two summers. The Midwest (PADD 2) capacity looks to be the tightest this summer. The loss of Blue Island in the Midwest means more of this region’s supply must come from the Gulf Coast. About 9% of the RFG supply in the Chicago/Milwaukee area was supplied by that refinery.
