Distillate stocks remain below average for this time of year.

Distillate fuel stocks on the East Coast, roughly 40 million barrels, are 35% behind year-ago levels, and 38% below early November 10-year average levels.

New England inventories at 5.2 million barrels are 60% less than the 10-year average for early November, and 64% less than last year at this time.
