The public meeting took place April 28 and 29, 2005 in the Forrestal Building at 1000 Independence Ave., S.W., Washington, D.C. 20585. All of the plenary and four of the break-out sessions were in 8E-089. The five remaining break-out sessions were in 5E-069.
