The public meeting took place October 28 and 29, 2004 in the Forrestal Building at 1000 Independence Ave., S.W., Washington, D.C. 20585. All of the plenary and five of the break-out sessions were in 8E-089. The five remaining break-out sessions were in 5E-069.
